Introduction of thermal inkjet printer: thermal foaming belongs to a printing technology, such as HP printers, and other printers such as Canon also adopt this technology. However, it is mainly HP printing cartridges and technology that transfer this technology from printers to online automatic industrial inkjet printing.

Principle of thermal foaming: The printing head is composed of many tiny nozzles, and there are independent ink chambers in the nozzles. The printer sends instructions to the ink chambers according to the contents to be printed, and the bottom of the ink chambers after receiving the instructions is heated, so that the ink forms bubbles. After the bubbles burst, they form an impulse to drive the ink out of the nozzles to form patterns or characters.

Application of hot foaming code spraying machine: mainly used for code spraying in cartons.

Features of Inkjet Printer: The machine is cheap and stable, but the ink is expensive and the use cost is high, so it is suitable for a small number of code spraying applications.
